When i click on a sesnsitive item there is no releases / cast members linking to that certain film why ia that?

For example when i click on a actor that apperes on a sensitive film no films apper under them.

When i click on a film matprked sensitive no releases link to it even if a release is made.

Why is this and when will it be fixed?

Go to SETTINGS and make sure the box for "Safe Search" IS NOT checked. Maybe that will help?

My safe search is not ticked

i tried disabling and re activating my safe search but it still does not show credits or films when there is one linked to releases.

Do you have a link to an example item where this happens?

this is the first one yeah it's marked sensitve.

https://www.filmo.gs/film/285974-new-wave-hookers

at the bottom were it says releases there is none popping up but in fact a release has been made.

https://www.filmo.gs/release/285972-new-wave-hookers

now if i click on a credit for example Tom Byron it is totally blank and on the release page it says he is a actor.

https://www.filmo.gs/credit/285985-tom-byron

is this how the system is ment to be?

even if the film is not marked sensitve no releases show up when ones are made.

This is the expected behaviour (and how it works for me):

  • If safe search is turned on, I do not see those films on the credit page you link to nor do I see those releases on the film you mention
  • If I turn it off, sensitive films show on the credit page and sensitive releases show on the film page.

Are you sure you have "safe search" turned off (do the images show up blurred or not? What does the note at the top of the page say?)

Do note that you have to click save on your settings page after checking or uncheking anything: https://www.filmo.gs/my/settings

And if that doesn't help, please try logging out and back in.

yeah the images do not come up blurred i'll try logging in and out.

and the message says This item has been marked as sensitive, adult or nsfw. You have enabled sensitive content.

still can't see tge releases etc just logged in and out.

releases are popping up under films but still can't view films under credits.

still not showing any idea on a fix?

I have not been able to replicate this and it is odd that it is only happening on some pages. Which browser and operating system / device are you using Jo_Store? You could try clearing your browser cache on those pages: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache

using samsung internet secret mode.

i have accepted cookies and cleared cache

it used to work but recently just stopped and unsure why, i could try chrome.

Using chrome and still no luck.

Does it matter if i am in private browsing?

It should not, as long as you are logged in and have the sensitive feature turned off.

I've contacted you through our support channel so that we can discuss further in more detail.

We have not been able to replicate this bug, so are unable to issue a fix. My hunch would be that it is related to browser caching. Unless we get further reports off this I'm not sure there is much we can do.
