Hi all,

Just want to let you know that we’re changing the system we use for support requests and help documentation today. You can now access all our help documents, submission guidelines, and code of conduct from the footer (bottom navigation) of every page in the Get Help section. That means the chat button will no longer appear, but you’ll still be able to contact us or send in a support request from the Help & Support link.

The Wiki will still be open and available for you to use and add your own guides and information if you like. We’ve left all the documents added by the community there.

where is the footer?

Found the footer its at tye bottom of the page.

Where it says get help there should be help and support

If you click through the Help & Support link in the page footer you'll be taken to our help documentation. If that doesn't solve your issue you can click Submit a request to open a support ticket.
